Welcome to LoveCoach AI, an app that provides you relationship advice using Artificial Intelligence. These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the LoveCoach AI app and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

LoveCoach AI is a property of BinariesWorld.com company.

2. Use of Service

Our Services allow you to interact with a chatGPT AI bot that generates responses based on your questions and inputs. The content generated by the bot is for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for your use of the content and any consequences that may arise from it.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You will not use it to search for things other than relationship advices.
• You will not arm or profanity or insult toward any other people with the use of this app.
• You imply to respect others and not intent to harm yourself or another person by following the answer provided by this app.
• You will not provide personals details that can help identify a real person.
• You will respect the limitation of question given by the app.
• You will not use the app for other purpose than what is defined here.

This app will not replace advices from a professional, if you have serious trouble seek help.

3. Data Collection and Use

Your data is totally anonymized, and we are unable to link a question to a real person.

The Service collects statistical information about your usage of the app and any input provided within the app. This information is used to improve the functionality of the Service and to provide you with a better user experience. We do not collect any personally identifiable information.

The questions are submitted to the OpenAI API using the middleware provided by BinariesWorld.com. When using LoveCoach AI, you accept that your questions will be submitted and handled by OpenAI and BinariesWorld.com.  

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to the LoveCoach AI app, and all intellectual property rights associated with the Service, are owned by Binariesworld.com and its licensors. You may not use the Service or any part of it in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of LoveCoach AI or Binariesworld.com.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LoveCoach AI does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the Service or any information provided through the Service.

LoveCoach AI does not replace relationship professional, as it is only here for giving hints to solve your problem. Do not use these instructions without the authorization of a couple's counselor. Keep in mind that this is an assistant and it may be wrong.  

6. Limitation of Liability

LoveCoach AI shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that we do not endorse, monitor, control, or verify the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content generated by the bot. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may result from your reliance on the content or your interaction with the ChatGPT Bot.

LoveCoach AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on this page and your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic.
